NEIPA

BEERMASTER BREWERY has expanded its craft beer line with a new unfiltered variety of NEIPA. We have brewed this new type of beer in collaboration with our Czech brewer Tomas Hub. We have used the notable Lalbrew New England yeasts, as well as loads of Citra and Mosaic hops for dry hopping.
NEIPA, or New England IPA, was first brewed in the northeastern United States in 2011. However, the popularity of that beer style began to grow only after 4 years. In 2015, NEIPA has invaded the American beer market by a growing demand and became one of the most appreciated IPAs.Belonging to the same beer style, NEIPA and IPA differ in taste and IBU bitterness. Our flagship beer BEERMASTER IPA has an IBU of 45, while NEIPA has an IBU of only 22. Another important characteristic and hallmark of this variety is its high haze due to lack of filtration. Oats and oat malt are used to stabilize the beer haze.
The beer keeps the body light and drinkable but provides a floral, earthy backbone. Juicy, candied peach and nectarine up front backed up with a nuanced white wine on the nose that continues straight through in the flavor profile. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish makes BEERMASTER New England IPA a special product.

IBU: 22
