Apple Kvass
Well-made apple kvass appears to be light, flavored, quite sweet and ideally able to ally thirst. It contains the natural carbon dioxide and lactic acid that form in the time of fermentation giving the sharpness of taste as well as useful for a human microbial population, vitamins (B1, B2, PP, D), macro and microelements (Fe, Na, Mg, P, S, Mo).
