The brewers at Beermaster Brewery have created a new style of beer – Beerwine Mr. Cocktail. I would characterize Beerwine as a unique refined craft drink whose taste and aroma are on the border between two products, where the characteristic features of both beer and wine are revealed, says the famous winemaker Vladimir Adolf Hurs:
– There is probably no winemaker who has not dreamed of making his own beer, nor a brewer who has not wanted to create his own wine.

— We proposed to use a combination of brewing and winemaking techniques, says Mr. Hurs, who has been running the Sîngerei wine factory for many years and knows the secrets of wine well.

— For this, we needed unique equipment and a harmonious combination of beer and wine technologies. Finally, Mr. Cocktail MUSCAT and Mr. Cocktail ISABELLA were created, with the addition of grape must, in which up to 49% of the fermentable sugars come from grapes.
