HUB Pilsner Lager was brewed by our Czech brew master Tomas Hub at our local brewery Beermaster Brewery. Tomas Hub focuses on traditional processes and ingredients which defines the quality and character of Czech beers, which are brewed properly, slowly, and with respect and love for the classics. When you drink HUB Pilsner Lager, you know that they can only have been made by someone who has sat and drunk dozens and dozens of mugs of that style of the lager in the place where it tastes best, and that dedicated perfection is what Tomas Hub at Beermaster Brewery has achieved so brilliantly. The HUB Pilsner lager is a faithful love letter to Czech Pilsner: it’s brewed with Czech malt, it’s double-decocted, open fermented and Lagered, and naturally carbonated until it’s ready to drink. The process takes many weeks, at which point it’s poured through Czech taps, giving the beer its essential thick foam.
