Rose hip beers are very popular in Czech Republic during the winter. We were actually challenged by Tomas Hub (our Czech brew master) to brew this beer lager together. We have added to the boil a lot of red rose
hip fruits, which are a real vitamin bomb that might boost our immune system. If we take as a standard for the content of vitamin C fruits such as lemon or grapefruit, you should know that rose hips contain 50 times
more vitamin C. In comparison to apples, they have 200 times more vitamin C. That’s why we have decided to brew this beer during the pandemic.
We hope to overcome this pandemic period together and get back to our normal life as soon as possible.
